Windows version 2.1.18 to 2.2.4

The last path I installed was 2.1.17. Did I miss the 2.1.18? Does the 2.2.4 update 2.1.17.?
Steam updates the game to the latest version as long as you have the automatic update option enabled.
For non-Steam versions you need to apply two patches manually to first update to 2.1.18 and then 2.2.4.
