Two hand Injuries.

My wizard has left and right hand injuries, is a crystal or shard the only way to heal or can I rest for a few days or something. I can't use the crystal shield as no one has the concentration. I am playing hard, one use, no saves, old skool. I have no shards and reloading might be easiest, annoying as I just cleared heaps. Bloddy annoying as he was holding the meteor shield and had cast fire shield. The damage came from two fire elementals, sort of unfair he had fire resistance.

nvm, can drink from inventory, slaps forehead.

Meteor shield only give him resist fire 4 as he has strength 7, lol, -6 fire resistance!
