Invisible wall?

So I just started playing today, and after reaching the Twigroot forest i ran into what seems to be an invisible wall. Watched a guy on youtube who didn't run into it, so I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be there.
Appearently, even the wargs are held back:
Is this a bug or just a new type of puzzle?

This is a bug. If you have a savegame before this happened then use that one.
This bug is fixed in the upcoming patch according to patchnotes:
- bug fix: moving monster leave behind invisible blockers (very rarely) when the party is asleep

The invisible wall should go away if you load your save with beta 2.1.11.
Is this a bug or just a new type of puzzle?
