Does anyone know how to get the Rogue Boots from the House Of Needles?
Seems to be a secret.

Wonder around in he place a bit, I think it's on the total opposite side of the puzzle, and you'll find a slot for a gold key. 1 gold key, for 1 pair of boots... Wasn't worth it in my eyes.
