Keelbreach Bog puzzle?

So i have no idea what to do with the lever puzzle at the end of keelbreach bog. And whats with the statue that says "I am the right eye, I saw where the meteor fell"?

Each lever affects a specific set of other levers - the ones adjacent to it, I believe. Each time you hit a lever, watch and see which other levers get moved. The door will open once all of the levers are in the "down" position.
