BUG: Thunderstruck and custom dungeons (speed not working)

Hi, I encountered a bug.
When importing Toorum into a custom dungeon, the speed up from Thunderstruck is not applied (though the trait is still listed on the character sheet). This is only when importing; creating Toorum as a new character works as normal.
This was observed on Windows, version 1.3.7 (downloaded from Humble Bundle), and tested on two different custom dungeons.
