Hi everybody,

I just watched TB's WTF of Legend of Grimrock and I am very impressed. This game looks amazing!

I have a question though. I love puzzle games. Myst, Riven, Amnesia, Machinarium, etc. Is Grimrock comparable to these games? I know it contains combat, but I am curious to know how important the puzzle aspect of the game is. Is it a large part of the game, or are the puzzles more in 'the background'?

I'll be buying this game for sure! It looks great!

Thanks in advance.

It's a mix of puzzles and combat but fair to say, the puzzle (& finding secrets) element is strong in this one.

There's plenty of puzzles in the game, but the most vicious ones are optional.

I guess a pit trap is a vicious puzzle when it opens underneath your feet!

Yeah, reviews about the game so far especially praise the puzzle aspect of the game.

It's something I haven't seen in RPGs for a long, long while now, and I can't wait to try it out myself!
