If you pre-order the game do you get the manual and other items listed except the game itself which you get on the 11th????

Yes. The goodies are available now.

Don't forget you also get to add the Steam key to your game library ahead of time. So you won't have to re-visit the link you receive, cept to download the standalone which will be added on release. This would be for buying direct from this site.
