Grimrock

I recently bought this game and i was really impressed with it, great game so far!
My problem comes down, like in many games (skyrim as the prime example), to arachnophobia.
The more realistic the spiders look the harder it gets for me to play through these passages which really is a shame.
So my question is if there is a way to replace the spiders in this game with another model or some how change their model to
a placeholder like one?
I feel really stupid for having anxiety for videogame spiders but i think i'm not alone. :>

Yes it is, it's rather complex at the moment though, I suspect a no spider mod will come in once the mod tools are finished.

Are you afraid of fake spiders? Change spiders with cockroaches.

I have no arachnophobia and I was disgusted by their attack sounds. So yeah, a person with a real phobia will get freaked out. I know someone who is afraid of buttons on clothing.
