Slime Treasure Map

Does any one know what floor this points to?
I've checked my automaps and I don't see a matching pattern.

Pretty sure that one is the
Slime sub dungeon you get too from the spider halls. Slimed achievement and some poison bombs and stuff.

The maps don't match that area.
I found the note on the fourth floor. I already found the secret stairs from level 3 down to level 4 where the slimes are.

The sign on the treasure map is the button to open the secret door. imagine that door was not opened, the maps would match I think.

I kept the green gem after opening the door, I hope I wasn't suppose to leave it in his mouth
