I think you really need access to animations to handle this properly.

I've built a whole level in the mod around these guys, but your still pose is so much better than the neutral one. Think I need to download that editor!
BTW, I use free fraps too. Just record your video, then load it into WIndows Live Movie Maker and save it again, then have WLMM upload it to youtube (or wherever) in high def. You can have up to 1080. Here's an example: (also shows how horrible that neutral pose is) http://youtu.be/TKtfAd86yNw
[EDIT]Pfft. Never mind, I'm going to have to stick with the neutral pose. It is clear that I understand nothing about using an animation editor.
