If people think that first maps are not ok, but than other maps will be ok, that is not true. If you dont like first maps, you wont like next maps. They are same.

I did not write anything about this mod being enjoyable or not.
I am not trying to convince anyone to play this mod.
I am simply objectively describing the structure of this mod.
In particular, outdoor areas general structure is very different from indoor areas general structure.

a) Where I can use 2 aquamarines?
b) Yulquezard ruins - how to open door of palace?
c) Sunquazard tomb - "in a reign of chaos important routes are often chosen at random". I think I tried all random and unrandom stuff. Dont have ideas anymore.

PS! I have to agree that maps are boring because they looks so similar.

Where I can use 2 aquamarines?
SpoilerShow
You can use them in the Yulquezard palace, but first you have to open the main door of the palace.
Yulquezard ruins - how to open door of palace?

You have to toggle a secret button located in one of the collapsed houses in the center of the map.
Sunquazard tomb - "in a reign of chaos important routes are often chosen at random". I think I tried all random and unrandom stuff. Dont have ideas anymore.

You need the cursed compass to solve this optional puzzle. You can find it in the Sunquazard palace. In this case too, you have to toggle a secret button to open the main door of the palace.

The structure of many outdoor areas is quite similar. This is partly due to the fact that, during the accomplishment of this mod, I considered it a priority to have a good framerate even on many slow computers.

Sunquazard tomb again - "look far away". I waited to collect binoculars, but I ended game and didnt find this item.
Also tried to look behind a gate but dont see nothing.

What will open that door? :D

Edit: I saw torch, thought about special one, but also everburning torch didnt work.

You need the scope to solve this optional puzzle. You can find it in one of the shops in the north-west sector of the town of Ulqerak.

I hope I'm not to late to say I am playing this game and enjoying it immensely. I have to admit I cheat now and then but I am really enjoying progressing through the game. This is my sixth attempt. I abandoned others because I didn't have the right stats or the right characters. I now have a lizardman knight, a lizardman barbarian, an insectoid battle mage with Fire and Earth spells and an insectoid
wizard with Air and Water. No guns no bows. My barbarian has level 2 alchemy so he can craft corrosion antidotes. This is the best mod I ever played, and I've played many.
