Black Screen on game exit

Hello,

I recently purchased your game from GOG.com (Good Old Games). The game will start up without a problem, but when I exit the game I receive a completely black screen. I am unable to do anything when this screen appears; no keyboard commands and no mouse inputs are recognized. I can only restart my computer.

Here are my computer specs:

Windows 7 Premium 64 Bit
ATI AMD 5850 1 GB DDR3 Ram
i7 930 Quad Core Processor
Direct X 11

I had to this problem too, but it wasn't with "Legend of Grimrock"... or was it? Anyway, the problem was with Comodo's Defense+ which was asking if it was OK to allow some system related changes, but the window couldn't be displayed because the game still had total control of the screen.

Ah okay, good to know someone else has the same problem as I too have Comodo Defense+.

What did you do to solve your problem? I can't even alt-tab or do anything to reach the prompt from Comodo to accept changes since the screen is totally black!

How do you exit the game? if you use the menu, try holding Alt+F4, if that is what you do try using the menu instead.

Either set Comodo Defense+ to "Game Mode" before starting Grimrock or, like I did, add Grimrock's executable file in Defense+'s trusted files.
