Best way to increase accuracy: Dex or Weapon skill?

I'm crafting a Minotaur Mace Guy and want to ungimp his accuracy as much as possible. I've read that increasing weapon skill also increases the associated weapon accuracy. But of course, increasing Dexterity also does this.

So if I were to choose between the traits Agile and Skilled (for the sole purpose of boosting weapon skill), which would increase my accuracy most - 3 more points into Mace Skill, or 2 more Dex points?

(I'm not getting both because I'm looking forward to collecting skulls

I just checked, and apparently, every skill point in Swords/Axes/Maces gives +1 Accuracy. So Skilled gives you +3 Accuracy, and the possible bonus.

So it's +1 Accuracy plus the occasional skill bonus vs +2 Evasion plus +8 Fire/Shock Resistance.

Yeah try to start with 10-12 in dex.
