1.1.4 patch and Wine?

I run on Mac using Wine, thanks to the great description by kyubajin from here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=405&hilit=mac.

Anyone with experience of upgrading to the 1.1.4 patch? Any gotchas I should be aware of?
