Ah okay, good to know someone else has the same problem as I too have Comodo Defense+.
What did you do to solve your problem? I can't even alt-tab or do anything to reach the prompt from Comodo to accept changes since the screen is totally black!

Hello, I recently purchased your game from GOG.com (Good Old Games). The game will start up without a problem, but when I exit the game I receive a completely black screen.
